Jennifer Aniston reveals her best beauty secrets, including starting your day with lemonade and cardio classes

The 53-year-old actress has barely grown up since her Friends days, and has now revealed how she achieves her youthful looks.

Jennifer told First for Women magazine about her diet and beauty regime, which includes lots of fresh food and meditation.  She said, "During quarantine I loved cooking. When I wake up I have hot lemonade, then a shake or avocado and eggs. I found all kinds of ways to make eggs."

She adds, "But I also make oatmeal with egg whites. Do it just before the oatmeal is cooked—it gives extra protein and it's delicious texture."

And when it comes to her exercise routine, the Friends star admits that change is key to keeping her body guessing.

She explained, "It's important to vary my workout routine. I always try to surprise my muscles."

The actress revealed how she works out at Rise Nation, a fitness climbing cardio class on Stair Climb.

"It's such a great workout," Jen said.  "And when my trainer, Leon, who I love more than life, handed me a rope for the first time, I said, 'You're out of your mind.'  I was scared to do it and I would have given up instead of jumping on the rope.

"But within six months, my jump became fluid. Now I can just go and go."

And as far as her skincare regime is concerned, she does herself a 'mini facial' once a week, but swears by meditation and yoga to reduce stress, which can be harmful to our skin.

Speaking about her love for meditation, she said, "It's my favorite moment. I wish we could freeze time in that magical moment because there's so much of it, appreciating the day."
